Why didn't the waiter wear a face mask, just gloves?
Why didn't you ask me directly when he was here? I would have made available the Protection Plan which we scrupulously follow. She had the right to request the use of the mask and we too could do it towards her, but as reported in the Protection Plan we opted to maintain a safety distance, limiting close distances with the guest to a minimum. Wasn't it easier to ask directly instead of asking the question on google and vaguely reviewing our work? Otherwise, when she saw that our operators were not wearing the mask for her safety, we would have been happier if she had chosen another public exercise. Guest happiness is also ours.
